BOCA RATON, Fla. – November 10, 2016 – In honor of November as National Caregivers Month, MobileHelp®, a leader in mobile Personal Emergency Response System (mPERS) solutions, announced it will be conducting a new survey, designed to understand how caregiving can be better supported by new technology solutions.
Designed to be brief and easy to take, the new 5-minute survey aims to give caregivers the platform to share how their roles and responsibilities as caregivers could be assisted by technology – and what they would like to incorporate into their daily tasks.
In the broadest of terms, the survey will look to understand:
- What are the challenges for caregivers?
- What are the challenges for those they care for?
- What types of technology can address these challenges?
“Family caregivers are the unsung heroes of our communities, and better supporting them is one of our main objectives as an organization,” said Rob Flippo, CEO of MobileHelp. “We hope this study will better clarify how caregivers feel about technologies that make caring for others easier as well as help inform the future development of the products and services we provide to the caregiving marketplace.”
A link to the full survey is available here. The full survey results will be able to be viewed online at the conclusion of the study, as well as summarized in a company white paper, to be released in early January 2017.
