Boca Raton, Fla. -- December 5, 2011 -- MobileHelp an Integrity Tracking, LLC company announced today it has closed a $5 million funding round. MobileHelp, designs and develops remote monitoring technologies for seniors. The round was led by Art Cahoon, of Rock Creek Capital of Jacksonville, Fla and Conifer Partners of Thomasville, Ga.
MobileHelp is America’s premier Mobile Personal Emergency Response System (M-PERS). Launched at the end of 2009, MobileHelp has grown to over 50 employees and has subscribers in all 50 states. “This financing allows us to continue to scale our growing business nationwide. We are also pleased to have Mr. Cahoon and Mr. Raybon join our Board of Directors, we have been very fortunate to attract not only quality employees but quality advisors”, stated Rob Flippo, CEO of MobileHelp.
